September 9th – Deadline for confirmation of payment for presenting authors’ registrations

Cancellations:
Cancellations received before August 6th, 2024: 50% refund (bank charges will be deducted).
Cancellations received between August 6th and August 20th, 2024: 25% of the registration fee will be refunded (bank charges will be deducted).
Cancellations received after August 20th, 2024: No refund can be made.
